Idaho State Tax Commission
The Idaho State Tax Commission worked with Tyler Idaho to modernize its tax payment portal just in time for April’s Tax Day. The new payment portal features an improved user experience, including a new mobile-friendly design, and allows users to pay for twenty different tax types using an e-check, credit/debit card, or PayPal. Taxpayers can now pay for a variety of tax types in a single transaction and view their account history all in one location. The service is designed for use by both in-agency support staff as well as residents filing their tax payments and is an example of how Tyler products continue to evolve with the needs of our partners.
Idaho Wheat Commission
The Idaho Wheat Commission needed help building an online workflow for capturing tax withholding information and payments from grain growers. Tyler Idaho used its Engagement Builder platform to build and launch the new service, allowing the Wheat Commission to quickly respond to citizen engagement needs.

Appointment Scheduling for Medicare Workshops
Medicare can be complicated. Seniors struggling to navigate Medicare can now use our online appointment scheduling service to find Medicare workshops. Organized by the Idaho Department of Insurance. the Senior Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) Medicare Workshop is designed to help residents receive the benefits they need to stay healthy. Tyler Idaho is proud to offer our online scheduling service to help with this critical initiative.
Event Registration for Idaho Youth Suicide Prevention Programs
Event registration is one of our most requested services. Tyler Idaho worked with the Idaho State Department of Education and the Idaho Youth Suicide Prevention Program (IYSPP) to provide online event registration services for their Assessing and Treating Suicide Risk clinician training. The event helped teach skills on intervening with suicidal individuals in a clinical setting. How can we help with your next event?

Tyler Idaho was honored to work with the Idaho State Police to launch their new POST Academy website this quarter. We are proud of this partnership and for the opportunity to support their continued efforts in recruiting, educating, and training the next generation of peace officers.
